Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for your selected subscription plan.
We may offer promotional discounts (such as first-month discounts) from time to time. Promotional pricing applies only to the stated period. After the promotional period, your subscription will automatically continue at the standard rate unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to the service until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@ottomaxai.com within 7 days of the charge.

The Ottomax platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Ottomax AI Business Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.
You retain ownership of your business information and brand assets. By using Ottomax, you grant us a limited license to use your business information solely to generate and publish content on your behalf.

Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Ottomax is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific business objectives. Social media reach and engagement depend on many factors outside our control.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ottomax AI Business Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms other users or third parties. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Ottomax after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
